Where is & NISÉ jewelry made?
All our jewelry is handcrafted in Portugal, in a family-owned atelier in Porto with more than 60 years of goldsmithing heritage.
What materials do you use?
We work with 95% recycled 925 sterling silver and recycled brass, plated with either 18k gold or rhodium for lasting shine and protection. Our stones are high-quality cubic zirconia — lab-created, sustainable, and full of sparkle.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Our jewelry is designed to be durable, but we recommend avoiding water, perfume, and lotions to preserve the shine and plating for as long as possible.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Store your pieces in their original box or a soft pouch when not worn. Gently clean them with a soft cloth. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, salt water, and excessive sweat.
Do you use recycled materials?
Yes — we use both recycled 925 silver and recycled brass, and our packaging is FSC-certified and made with recycled PET and cardboard.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our Swedish warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Sweden usually takes 2–5 business days, and within the EU 3–7 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
