Refund policy

We hope you love your & NISÉ jewelry. If not, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The jewelry must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
• Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable.
• You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@andnise.com with photos and your order number.
